In accordance with Virginia State regulations, masks are not required for those that are fully vaccinated. Anyone can wear a mask if they choose to.

• We have small in-studio classes.

• For those who have not been vaccinated, please wear mask until you’re on your mat. Please wear mask when not on mat.

• You must reserve your spot in a class. The doors will lock at class time, so it is important you arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

• Due to the small class sizes, it is our policy that you must cancel your reservation at least three (3) hours before class starts so that wait-list students can attend class. You will be charged for the class if you do not follow this policy.

• We also have Zoom live-stream classes, some of them as part of a studio class, others not. On the schedule, you will see the word “ONLINE” which is our Zoom live-stream classes you can take from your home. "IN STUDIO" are our live in-person studio classes.

• We thoroughly and regularly clean the studio.

• If you have been exposed to COVID, have a family member you live with that has been exposed; or you are not feeling well (fever, cough, shortness of breath) then please do not come to yoga. Our teachers and staff will do the same!
